摘要
ABC法研究猴、猫前庭神经核簇(VN)内含P物质(SP)神经元胞体和终末的分布。小型SP免疫反应阳性神经元主要位于前庭神经内侧核(MVN)和前庭神经下核(IVN)的尾侧半。并散在于前庭神经节(VG)。前庭神经外侧核(LVN)内,几乎所有SP免疫反应阴性的大型神经元胞体和近端树突均为阳性终末环绕。提示SP参与前庭脊髓投射的调节。LVN不同部分的SP阳性终末有不同来源。嘴腹侧部者来自VG,尾背侧部者可能来自同侧MVN和1VN。前庭神经上核(SVN)背外侧部、MVN近头端腹外侧部等处的一些中型阴性神经元亦被阳性终末环绕。提示来自初级前庭纤维的SP参与前庭眼肌反射的调节。
The distributions of SP-immunoreactive(SPir)cell bodies and terminals (fine puncta) were studied in the vestibular nuclei (VN) of the squirrel monkey and cat using antiserum to SP and ABC procedure. All the SPir neurons in VN were small. They were mainly found in caudal parts of the medial vestibular nucleus (MVN) and inferior vestibular nucleus (1VN). Small SPir neurons also scattered in the vestibular ganglia (VG). SPir terminals surrounded somata and proximal dendrites of almost all the unstained giant cells of the lateral vestibular nucleus (LVN) , which suggested thas SP might play a role in modulation of the vestibulospinal projection, and that the SPir fibers to the ventral LVN might derive from VG and the fibers to the dorsal LVN, from ipsilateral MVN and IVN. SPir terminals also outlined a few unstained medium-sized neurons in peripharal part of superior vestibular nucleus(SVN), ventrolateral part of rostral MVN, rostrodorsal part of IVN and dorsal 'y' in monkey, thereby suggesting the modulation of the vestibulo-ocular reflex by primary vestibular SPir fibers.
