对蒸汽取样器的种类和特征进行介绍,并以某工程为例对多孔蒸汽取样器的设计参数、选材、规格选取、取样率和设计原则进行详细论述,取样器安装的位置和装配焊接方法对取样的精度有很大影响,取样器应安装在管路的直管段,按上、下游直管段长度9:1的原则进行安装,对取样器安装的注意事项也进行了介绍。
The kinds and character of steam samplers are introduced. Sampling precision will influence the safe running of electric equipment. Design of sampler is introduced. Design process of multi-port sampler is introduced in the paper. The location of samplers and the in- stallation methods are important to precision sample. The notes of samplers installation should be observed.
