摘要
目的：探讨不同间隔时间电针治疗缺血性中风的疗效。方法：150例患者随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ及Ⅲ组各50例，三组均选取相同穴位进行电针治疗，Ⅰ组隔天1次，Ⅱ组每天1次，Ⅲ组每天2次，对比三组疗效及治疗前后神经功能缺损、Barthel指数和功能独立测定。结果：三组患者临床疗效组间比较均无显著性差异（P〉0.05）；治疗后三组神经功能缺损、Barthel指数和功能独立评分比较均显著优于治疗前（P〈0.05），但治疗后三组组间比较均无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：不同间隔时间电针治疗缺血性中风疗效相近。
Objective：To study the efficacy in electro-acupuncture treating ischemic stroke of different intervals. Methods：150 patients were random-ly divided into group I, II and III with 50 cases of each, three groups were all treated with electro-acupuncture of same acupoints, group I was quaque die alterna, group II was1 time a day, groupⅢwas 2 times a day, the neurologic impairment, Barthel index and functional independence measure of three groups before and after treatment were compared. Results： There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups among patients of the three groups （P〉0.05）; scores of neurologic impairment, Barthel index and functional independence measure of the three groups after treatment were more significantly superior to those before treatment （P〈0.05）, but without significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：The efficacy of electro-acupuncture treating ischemic stroke at different intervals is similar.
