摘要
目的：观察推拿结合高压氧（HBO）治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法：将58例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组（29例）和对照组（29例），治疗组采用HBO结合推拿治疗，对照组单纯采用HBO治疗，观察两组临床疗效及复发情况。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05），复发率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：推拿结合高压氧治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效显著，并能有效降低复发率，值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the efficacy of massage combined with hyperbaric oxygenation （HBO） for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery. Methods：58 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery were randomly divided into treatment group （29 cases） and control group （29 cases）, the treatment group treated by HBO combined with massage, while the control group only by HBO, then observed the efficacy and recur-rence of two groups. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, the recurrence rate was lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Massage combined with HBO has significant curative effect on cervical spondylosis of vertebral ar-tery, which can effectively reduce recurrence rate, deserves clinical promotion and application.
