摘要
目的：观察壮医经筋疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：100例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用壮医经筋疗法（经筋推拿手法＋壮医火针＋拔火罐），观察其疗效。结果：临床控制42例，显效32例，有效20例，无效6例，总有效率94％。结论：壮医经筋疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效良好，操作简便，安全性高，适宜推广应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuang muscle meridians therapy on lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 100 cases of lumbar disc herniation adopted Zhuang muscle meridians therapy （muscle meridians massage, Zhuang needle-warming and cupping）, to observe the curative effects. Results： 42 cases were clinically controlled, 32 cases markedly effective, 20 cases effective, 6 cases invalid, the total efficiency was 94%. Conclusion： Zhuang muscle meridians therapy on lumbar disc herniation is of good efficacy, easy and simple to handle, high safety, and suitable for application.
