摘要
目的 :观察 1%透明质酸钠 (SH)注射液对膝骨关节炎 (OA)的疗效及维持时间。方法 :常规膝关节穿刺注入SH。每周给药 1次 ,每次 2ml ,连续给药 5周后判定药物的疗效。结果 :治疗 5周后总有效率为 96 .3 % ,无明显毒副反应。停药 16个月 ,74.0 %患者无复发。结论
Objective: To observe the curative effect and the maintenance time of 1% Sodium Hyaluronate (SH) injection in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods:SH injection was given 2ml five times at intervals of one week through routine knee joint puncture.Results:The total effective rate was 96.3% after five weeks of treatment without apparent side effects.There was no recurrence of this disease in 74.0% of the patients 16 months after treatment.Conclusion:SH injection is an effective drug for treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.
