摘要
本文对30例(37耳)美尼尔氏病的声阻抗测试结果作了分析。发现其在鼓室压、静态声顺值以及镫骨肌反射阀值方面与正常组无显著差异;但As型鼓室压图象。的出现率明显高于正常组,同时,美尼尔氏病出现同侧镫骨肌反射反向曲线和重振现作者认为可借助这些声阻抗测试特点诊断美尼尔氏病。
In this paper, the results of acoustic impedance tests in Menieres' disease (37 ears) were analyzed. The tympanic pressure, static compliance value and threshold of stapedial reflex all had no significant difference with that in normal group, but the incidence of as type tympangrams was higher than that in the normal group markedly. Besides, there were inverse carves and reruitment phenomena in the ipsilateral stapedal acoustic reflex in Menlere's disease group, when these phenomena appear at the acoustic impedance tsts in vertigo disease, it is helpful in determining Menieres' disease.
