伏核内微量注射5-HTP对大鼠血压的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在大鼠伏陔微量注射5-羟色胺酸(5-HTP)(10μg/2μl)后发现,大鼠血压逐渐下降,以注射后15min至40min时下降最为显著,其机制尚待探讨。 Many Scientists have found that 5-HT plays a role in regulating cardiovascular system, but whether if induce a pressor or a depressor reaction is always paratoxical in our work, when we microinjected 5-HTP (10μg/2μl) into nucleus accumbens of rats, the blood pressure decreaed gradually, began at 15 min after microinjection, significantly at 4.0 min.The mechanism nees to explore.
