摘要
目的探讨子宫内膜异位症引起的慢性盆腔痛的临床治疗方法与效果。方法将该院2010年2月——2013年2月接待的38例子宫内膜异位症引起的慢性盆腔痛患者作为研究对象,按先后均分两组,先选19例作为对照组,对照组单纯采用药物治疗,后选19例作为研究组,研究组采取手术联合药物治疗。结果总有效率研究组为78.95%(15/19),对照组则为63.16%(12/19)(P<0.05)。结论手术与药物结合治疗,效果明显优于单药治疗,值得临床推广及应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical treatment of chronic pelvic pain induced by endometriosis. Methods 38 cases of patients with chronic pelvic pain caused by endometriosis admitted in our hospital from February, 2010 to February, 2013 were selected as the subjects. The patients were equally divided into two groups according to the order of admission. The 19 eases firstly selected in the control group were treated with medication, and the 19 eases selected subsequently in the study group were treated with surgery combined with medication. Results The total efficiency of the study group was 78.95% （15/19）, and that of the control group was 63.16% （12/19） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of surgical treatment combined with medication is significantly better than that of monotherapy, which is worthy of clinical application.
