摘要
目的探讨分析风险防范式护理在儿科护理管理中的应用效果。方法分析该院140例儿科患者的治疗情况,对不同护理模式下两组的护理质量、家属焦虑状态、满意度、并发症等进行评价。结果观察组护理质量各项评分均要高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在家属焦虑评分、满意度评分方面均有较高的优势(P<0.05),且并发症的发生率也相对较低。结论儿科护理管理中采用风险防范式护理能有效避免护理风险事件的发生。
Objective To analyze the application effect of risk prevention nursing in pediatric nursing management. Methods The treatment of 140 cases of patients admitted in Department of Pediatrics of our hospital was analyzed retrospectively. The nursing quality, family anxiety, satisfaction, complications of two groups under different nursing models were evaluated. Results The nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05 ）; the observation group was superior in family anxiety scores and score of degree of satisfaction to the control group （ P〈0.05 ） , and it had lower incidence of complications. Conclusion Risk prevention nursing applied to the management of pediatric nursing can effectively prevent the occurrence of nursing risk events.
