摘要
在实验室条件下用脉冲振动给料法制备玻璃微球其成球率不高,改用压缩空气悬浮给料法可大大提高玻璃微粒的成球率。采用城市管道煤气和火焰漂浮法并施以新的制球工艺制备玻璃微球,同时利用计算机图像分析系统对微球进行了形貌观察,增强了实验室功能,提高了学生的实验研究兴趣。
Thecompressed air suspension feeding method was used to alternate the pulse vibration feeding, due to the low efficiency of glass microspheres producting of pulse vibration feeding under la- boratory conditions. The glass sphere was prepared by flame floating method by using city pipeline gas as the flame. And the microstrncture of microsphere was characterized by the computer image analysis system, which diversifies functions of the laboratory, evokes the researching interests and increases participation of studies.
