HMG-CoA还原酶抑制剂抗动脉粥样硬化作用的非调脂机制 被引量：4

摘要 近年来,许多大规模的临床试验已经表明,3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酰辅酶A(HMG-CoA)还原酶抑制剂(statins,他汀类药物)在有或没有冠心病(CHD)的患者可显著减少心血管相关的发病率和死亡率[1～11],它们使低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)发生的变化相似,但所导致的心血管事件降低的程度却不同(见表1).而且这些研究已经证实,药物的临床益处是发生在斑块逆转过程发生之前、降脂治疗的早期.
