摘要
在介绍了应用性课程体系特点的基础上,结合绥化学院实际,针对食品安全专业的培养目标,构建应用性课程体系,以期通过应用性课程的构建为地方培养食品安全领域的应用型、复合型人才.
Based on characteristics of applied curriculum,the paper demonstrates constructing on applied curriculum of food safety specialty according to training objective in Suihua University,in order to culture senior--type and compound talents in subject of food safety and quality.
