局部枸橼酸抗凝在连续性静脉血液滤过中的临床应用研究 被引量:9

摘要 局部枸橼酸抗凝(RCA)由于体外抗凝确切,无体内抗凝作用,能有效防止出血并发症的发生,逐渐成为高危出血患者血液净化最理想的抗凝技术.连续性静脉血液滤过(CVVH)是近年来被应用于血流动力学不稳定、不能耐受普通透析患者的一种血液净化技术,并日益显示出良好的效果和耐受性,但由于治疗时间较间歇性血液透析明显延长,因此高危出血患者在进行CVVH时如何抗凝成为血液净化界关注的热点.本研究旨在完善RCA在CVVH中的应用,使该技术在今后能更好地被应用于CVVH中.
