部件性能退化对船用三轴燃气轮机性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of component performance deterioration on marine three-shaft gas turbine performance

摘要 针对某型简单循环三轴燃气轮机,基于面向对象的建模理念,运用模块化建模方法,建立了三轴燃气轮机的热力学模型;研究了压气机、涡轮性能退化情况下燃气轮机性能参数的变化规律;通过与燃气轮机实测数据的对比分析,验证了文中所建模型的正确性。研究结果表明:部件发生性能退化时,压气机性能退化对燃气轮机功率的影响较为明显,涡轮性能退化则会显著提高燃气轮机的耗油率,水清洗有助于船用燃气轮机性能的恢复。 A thermodynamic model of a three-shaft gas turbine operating in a simple cycle is estab- lished according to object-oriented modeling concept and with the modular modeling method. An ana- lysis is made of the regular variation in performance parameters of the gas turbine in the case of per- formance deterioration of the compressor and turbine. The comparison of the calculated results with the gas turbine experiment data verifies the correctness of the model. Studies show that the effect of compressor performance deterioration on gas turbine power is evident, that the gas turbine specific fuel consumption (SFC) is increased because of turbine deterioration and that water wash is helpful to the recovery of marine gas turbine performance.
