摘要
目的 :对 2 4 2例尖锐湿疣病例进行大体及组织学形态观察与分析。方法 :运用图像分析系统将诊断性挖空细胞核与正常鳞状上皮细胞核比较。结果 :尖锐湿疣发病年龄集中在 2 0～ 30岁年龄组 ;病损发生部位无特殊 ,在女性以小阴唇内侧最多 ,男性以冠状沟最多 ;病变形态呈多样化 ;挖空细胞的细胞核图像分析对尖锐湿疣的诊断有重要意义。
Objective:To observe and analyze 242 cases of CA of CA in appearance and organization.Method:To compare nucleus of diagnosis hollow cells with normal squamous cells by using image analysis system.Result:Diseases of CA focus on age group of 20-30 year's old.Positions of illness damage are not exceptional.Illness damages exist in small anteror labial in female and in coronal ditch in male.Morphology of pathological changes are various.The image analysis of the hollow cell nucleus are important in the diagnosis of CA.
