摘要
目前,越来越多的的农民工开始走上了返乡创业之路。他们正逐步成为新农村建设的主力军。本文在分析农民工返乡创业动因的基础上,深入研究农民工返乡创业过程中的障碍,并提出消除障碍的对策,以期促进农民工返乡创业。
Recently, more and more migrant workers start on the path of home business. They are gradually be- coming the main force of the new rural construction. Based on the analysis of motivation that migrant workers be- come home entrepreneurship, the paper investigates obstacles in the process of migrant workers returning home entrepreneurship, and puts forward some countermeasures to eliminate barriers, which can promote the migrant workers returning home entrepreneurship.
