摘要
碱性藏红T在0.20mol/L醋酸钠介质中于-0.58V产生一双电子可逆吸附波。基于Ag(I)对Na_2S_2O_8氧化碱性藏红T这一褪色反应的强烈催化作用及联吡啶对Ag(I) 的活化作用,用示波极谱仪监测其浓度之变化,建立一个检测限和测定范围分别为2.0ng/ml和4.0~160ng/ml银的催化反应极谱法,并用于废水中微量银的测定。
A double reversible absorbtion wave at -0.58V can be observed with safranine T in the medium of 0.2mol/L sodium acetate. A sensitive and novel catalytic reaction polarography has been developed for the determination of silver. The detection limit and range are 2.0ng/ml and 4.0~160ng/ml respectively. This method is based on the catalytic property of Ag(Ⅰ) for oxidation reaction of Na_2S_2O_8 to safranine T, and activated properties of d, d'-dipy to Ag(Ⅰ) . This method can be used to determine micro silver in wastewater.
