血清白介素-6对糖耐量减低患者动脉粥样硬化的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Serum Interleukin-6 on Atherosclerosis of Patients with Impaired Glucose Tolerance

摘要 【目的】探讨糖耐量减低(IG T )患者颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IM T )与白介素-6(IL-6)的关系。【方法】选取IGT患者297例,按颈动脉IMT 分为IMT 正常组(IMT<1.0mm)103例、IMT增厚组(1.0 mm< IMT<1.3 mm)99例及颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成组(IMT>1.3mm)95例,另选100例健康者为对照组,均测定其血清IL-6。【结果】①IGT组血清IL-6显著高于对照组( P<0.01),但IM T正常组血清较对照组IL-6相比无明显变化( P>0.05)。②IGT组中,IM T增厚者血清IL-6水平显著高于IM T正常组( P <0.01),无论在IM T增厚组或是斑块形成组,IL-6与IM T均呈正相关( r分别为0.567和0.682, P <0.01)。【结论】IG T患者血清IL-6与早期动脉粥样硬化可能有一定的相关性。 [Objective] To explore the relationship of carotid intima-media thickness(IMT) with serum inter-leukin-6(IL-6) in patients with impaired glucose tolerance(IGT) .[Methods] According to carotid IMT ,297 IGT patients were divided into normal IMT group(n=103 ,IMT〈1 .0mm) ,IMT thickening group( n=99 ,1 .0mm〈IMT〈1 .3mm) and carotid atherosclerotic plaque group( n = 95 ,IMT 〉 1 .3mm) .Other 100 healthy subjects were chosen as control group .Serum IL-6 was determined .[Results] Serum IL-6 in IGT group was higher than that in control group(p〈0 .01) ,but there was no significant difference in IL-6 between normal IMT group and control group( P〉0 .05) .In IGT group ,serum IL-6 in IM T thickening patients was markedly higher than that in normal IMT group( P 〈0 .01) .The positive correlation between IL-6 and IMT was shown in both IMT thickening group and atherosclerotic plaque group(r was 0 .567 and 0 .682 respectively ,P〈0 .01) .[Conclusion] Serum IL-6 in IGT patients may have some correlation with early atherosclerosis .
