摘要
实施"人才强校"战略是学校实现"大学梦"的根本保证。大学需要一定规模、具有较高教学和科学研究能力的师资队伍,通过与浙江省内12所省属大学的师资队伍现状的比较,分析了浙江科技学院师资队伍建设中存在的问题,梳理了师资队伍建设的几个关系,提出了契合大学标准的师资队伍建设方向。
The implementation fundamental guarantee for rea group of faculty team with comparison and analysis the problems in faculty of the strategy of ＂making the university stronger by talents＂ is a lizing the ＂university dream＂. A university needs quite a big high teaching level and scientific research capability. After of situations of faculty team in 12 provincial universities, we describe team building in Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, list several relations of teachers team construction, and building suitable for university standard. put forward the guidelines for faculty team
