摘要
莱菔子是祖国传统药食同源物品,含油率高达45%,油中不饱和脂肪酸占到主要脂肪酸的90%,亚麻酸含量普遍高于其他油用作物,莱菔素具有显著的抗癌活性。该文对莱菔子油的成分研究、莱菔素的药理作用进行了综述,探讨了莱菔子油在药用、食用保健及工业等领域的应用价值,为莱菔子油的进一步开发利用提供参考。
As a traditional medicinal and edible item of China, radish seed has a large quantity of oil, as much as 45%, in which unsaturat- ed fatty acids account for 90% of major fatty acids; the linolenic acid content is generally higher than the other oils crops; sulforaphene has significant anticancer activity. This paper gives a outline of studies in the chemical ingredients of radish seed. The pharmacological ef- fects of sulforaphane is reviewed. Discussions are given to radish seed oil＇s application value in the fields of medicine, edible health care and industry through comparative analysis, in order to provide a reference for further development and utilization of radish seed oil.
