摘要
南水北调不仅是举世瞩目的调水工程,同时也是重大的生态工程。以南水北调中线工程水土保持林草措施生态服务功能为研究对象,将其生态服务功能以物质量与价值量来表征,探讨了其生态服务功能结构及计算方法。经计算,南水北调中线工程水土保持林草措施生态服务功能价值为37 766.07万元。研究可为科学评价南水北调中线工程水土保持林草措施生态效益提供科学依据,并可为开发建设项目水土保持措施效益评价及调水工程生态补偿提供思路。
The South-to-North Water Diversion is not only a remarkable water diversion project,but also a significant ecological engineering. The paper discussed the structure of ecosystem service function and the calculation methods by taking the ecosystem service function of forest and grassing measures for soil and water conservation of the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion as an object of study. Its ecological service function was characterized by physical and value quality. Through calculation,the value is 377. 660 7 million Yuan. The research can provide scientific basis on evaluation of the ecological benefits of forest and grassing measures for soil and water conservation of the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion and provide train of thought for benefit evaluation of soil and water conservation measures of development projects and eco-compensation for water diversion works.
