摘要
指出山西省内多台国产600 MW机组在运行中存在一些振动问题,如低压转子轴振动大、发电机轴承座振动大以及滑环小轴振动大,严重影响机组的安全可靠运行。经过测试诊断,主要采用高速动平衡的方法进行了治理,经处理后机组振动值均在国家标准范围内,能满足安全运行的要求,所取得的治理经验对国产600 MW机组类似振动故障的诊断及现场处理有一定的指导意义。
Lots of domestic-produced 600 MW unit in Shanxi has some vibration problems during operation, such as shaft vibration of LP rotors, bearing bracket vibration of generator, as well as small shaft vibration of slip-ring, which affect the safe and reliable operation of the unit seriously. Through test and diagnosis, high-speed dynamic balance method was adopted for treatment. After treatment, the unit vibration values reached the national standards and can meet the requirements of safe operation, which is of significance for the similar problems to be treated.
