摘要
建立斯太尔平衡轴专用的GAC110S关节轴承有限元模型;分析计算轴承分别承受轴向、径向和轴径向复合载荷时,轴承内外圈接触表面的压力分布规律、压力与变形间的关系,以提高轴承的可靠性与安全性。
The author establishes the finite element model of spherical plain bearing. He calculates the pressure distribution on its inner and outer contact surfaces as well as the relationship between pressure and deformation un-der the various load cases of axial force, radial force and complex loading respectively. This target is to enhance both of reliability and safety of the bearing.
