摘要
通过室内试验在旧料掺量为30%下对不同RAP、不同混合料类型的再生沥青混合料进行路用性能评价。试验结果表明:热再生沥青混合料的高温性能优于新沥青混合料,其水损害抵抗能力和低温性能主要受沥青混合料类型和旧料等因素的影响,当旧沥青针入度大于30 1/10mm,旧料掺量为30%时,其再生料的水稳定性和低温性能与全新料相差不大。在旧沥青老化程度相差不大的情况下,旧料矿料的最大粒径小,沥青为SBS改性沥青的再生效果要好,因此RAP的类型和旧沥青性质对再生料的性能起到关键性作用,所以在实际的热再生沥青混合料的生产中对RAP质量的控制有其必要性。
By laboratory experiments, this paper made a pavement performance evaluation for different RAP and mixture types of recycled asphalt mixture which content of old material was 30%. The results showed that: the thermal regeneration had a better high temperature performance than new asphalt mixture. Water damage resistance and low temperature performance were affected by asphalt mixture type and the old material and other factors, when old asphalt penetration was greater than 30 (0. 01 mm), the content of old material was 30% , the water stability and low temperature performance of renewable materials were almost the same with the new materials. In the case of the aging degree of the old asphalt was not much and maximum particle size of old mineral aggregate was small, SBS modified asphalt had a better regenerative effect. So the type of RAP and property of the old asphalt played key roles in the performance of the recycled materials. It was nec- essary to control the RAP quality in the actual production of hot recycled asphalt mixture.
