摘要
发酵前后百喜草 (PaspalumnotatumFl櫣gge ,Bahiagrass )茎叶甲醇 (MeOH)溶提物对离体条件下AM菌 (Gigas poramargaritaBecker&Hall)的生长试验表明 :新鲜百喜草 (FW)茎叶中同时含有AM真菌生长促进物质和抑制物质 ,生长促进物质主要存在于 φ(MeOH) 0~ 2 5 %的溶提物中 ,并以 φ(MeOH) 2 5 %的溶提物的生长促进作用最明显 .生长抑制物质主要存在于 φ(MeOH) 10 0 %溶提物中 .发酵过程能有效地分解新鲜百喜草茎叶中AM真菌生长的抑制物质 ,保留AM真菌生长的促进物质 .百喜草茎叶发酵后的各梯度甲醇溶提物促进AM真菌生长的最适质量浓度不同 .φ(MeOH)0 %~ 10 %的溶提物在培养基的不同质量浓度处理中 ,以 ρFW=0 .4g/(10mL)处理促进AM菌生长作用最好 ;φ(MeOH)2 5 %的溶提物中 ,以 ρFW=0 .1g/(10mL)处理生长促进作用最明显 ;φ(MeOH) 5 0 %的溶提物在 ρFW=1.0g/(10mL)时能明显地促进AM菌的生长 ;φ(MeOH) 10 0 %的溶提物在 ρFW=0 .1g/(10mL)低浓度处理时 ,生长抑制现象消失 ,随着处理浓度 (ρFW=0 .4g/(10mL)和 ρFW=1.0g/(10mL) )的升高 ,对AM真菌生长抑制效应加强 .农业、林业生产活动中应使用充分发酵的植物茎叶 ,在改良土壤的物理、化学性质的同时 ,改良土壤的生物学性质 .图 3参
Effects of methanol (MeOH) eluates fractionated from unfermented and fermented bahia grass (Paspalum notatum Flügge) (FW)shoot and leave extracts by flash chromatograph on germination and hyphal growth of AM fungi Gigaspora margarita Becker & Hall spores in vitro are reported. Unfermented bahia grass shoots and leaves contained both stimulators and inhibitors for AM fungi growth. Stimulators existed mainly in φ(MeOH)0~25% eluates in which φ(MeOH)25% eluates stimulated hyphal growth of AM fungi most significantly. Inhibitors basically existed in φ(MeOH)100% eluates. Fermentation effectively decomposed AM fungi hyphal growth inhibitors in fresh bahia grass shoots and leaves, and preserved stimulators. The optimal mass concentrations of MeOH eluates from fermented bahia grass shoots and leaves to stimulate hyphal growth of AM fungi were different. In φ(MeOH)0~10% eluates from fermented bahia grass, the treatment at ρ FW=0.4 g/10 mL in water-agar media most significantly stimulated the hyphal growth. In φ(MeOH) 25% eluates, treatment at ρ FW=0.1 g/10 mL in water-agar media significantly stimulated hyphal growth. In φ(MeOH) 50% eluates, treatments at ρ FW=1.0 g/10 mL obviously enhanced the hyphal growth. In φ(MeOH)100% eluates, the inhibited phenomena of hyphal growth disappeared in the treatment at ρ FW=0.1 g/10 mL in water-agar media. And with the upgrade of treatment concentrations, the growth inhibitory effect on hyphal growth of AM fungi increased. This study strongly suggested that fermented plant shoots and leaves should be used as agricultural organic fertilizers in order to perfect the biological character of soils when soil physical and chemical characters were mended.
