摘要
以连锁超市中频发的逆向物流现象为研究对象,阐述总部集中退货模式、物流外包退货模式、门店分散退货模式以及损耗处理模式四种逆向物流运行模式,进而分析不同运行模式中潜在的法律纠纷和风险,探索多元化的风险防范措施。
In this paper, with the reverse logistics activities frequently occurring in the operation of the chain supermarkets as the subject, we introduced the four typical operational modes of reverse logistics, then analyzed the legal disputes and risks inherent in the modes respectively, and analyzed the diversified risk prevention measures.
