摘要
通过阐述物流服务链的研究现状,在分析铁路运输企业传统物流服务的基础上,探讨铁路运输企业的纵向延伸物流服务和横向拓展物流服务,提出纵向延伸物流服务涵盖装卸、配送、仓储、短途运输、包装、信息、库存管理等内容,横向拓展质押服务、融资、监管等服务,形成基于铁路运输服务的物流服务链。铁路运输企业首先应延伸仓储服务,以支持横向物流服务的拓展。
Through expounding the research status of logistic service chain, based on analyzing traditional logistic service of railway transport enterprises, this paper discusses the longitudinal extended logistic service and horizontal expanded logistic service of railway transport enterprises, and puts forward the longitudinal extended logistic service covers loading, delivery, storage, short- distance transportation, package, information and inventory management, while horizontal expanded logistic service covers the services of pledge, financial and supervision, all of these forms the logistic service chain based on railway transport service. Railway transport enterprises should extend its storage service firstly so as to support the expansion of horizontal logistic service.
