摘要
通过对马铃薯品种泉云3号和泉引1号叶片光合特性比较研究,结果表明:泉云3号的SPAD值高于泉引1号,其最大净光合速率、光饱和点和补偿点等光合参数均高于泉引1号,泉引1号的表观量子效率高于泉云3号,泉云3号光合速率(Pn)日变化曲线呈单峰型,泉引1号Pn日变化曲线呈双峰型,泉云3号的Pn日变化曲线与气孔导度(Gs)日变化曲线相似,气孔导度的变化在Pn的变化过程中起主要作用。
Related characteristics with photosynthesis were measured using leaves of potato variety Quan-yun No.3 and Quan Yin No.1 SPAD value of variety Quan-yun No.3 were higher than those of Quan Yin No.1.Photosynthetic parameters such as Pn ,LSP and LCP in leaves of Quan-yun No.3 were higher than those of Quan Yin No.1. AQY of of Quan Yin No.1 are higher than those of Quan-yun No.3. Daily change curve of Pn in leaves of Quan-yun No. 3 showed a single peak and Pn cited bimodal curve of Quan Yin No.1 may be related to species characteristics .Daily change curve of Pn were similar to that of Gs in leaves of Quan-yun No.3.It showed that Gs played a major role in the change course of Pn .
