摘要
通过苏云金杆菌ＳＤ－５菌株对混合氨基酸的抗性及在３吨发酵罐中发酵生理学的研究，显示ＳＤ－５菌株具有优良的发酵性能。用正交试验设计方法筛选出 ＳＤ－５菌株发酵培养基配方，菌数可达 １１０－１３０亿／ｍｌ．芽孢率达９５％以上。
The studies on Bacillus thringiensis subsp. kurstaki SD - 5 of resistance to aminoacid mixture and fermentation physiolgy with 3 tons fermentor showed that SD-5 is of fine fermentabiloty . The medium for fermentation has been selected by means of orthogonal designs. The number of cell has reached 110 ×108/ml- 130 × 108/ml, and the ratio of spore forming is above 95%.
