无机热管-真空管太阳能热水系统瞬态热分析

摘要 以无机热管-真空管太阳能集热器制成的太阳能热水系统为研究对象,在瞬态传热分析的基础上,推导出了总热损失系数、效率因子、热迁移因子和瞬时效率的理论表达式。通过自编程序,对该热水器在4个典型节气中每天的瞬态热参数变化,以及影响集水管内水温变化的因素进行了计算和分析。结果表明,太阳辐照量和水的质量流量对集水管中的水温影响较大,进水温度对集水管内水温上升曲线斜率的影响较小,但对水温影响较大。研究结果有助于指导该类热水器的设计及其操作性能的预测。 Inorganic heat pipe vacuum tube so-lar collector is a new collector .In this paper ,the collector solar water heating system was studied . Basing on the analysis of heat transfer ,the heat transfer mechanism of the all glass vacuum tube solar collector with inorganic heat pipes as heat transfer tubes is studied in the paper ,and the ex-pression of total heat loss coefficient ,efficiency fac-tor ,heat transfer factor ,instantaneous efficiency were concluded .The amount of solar radiation in a typical day was calculated by a program ,and differ-ent factors impacted water temperature in the pipe is analyzed .The results showed that the amount of solar radiation and water mass flow rate have grea-ter impact on water temperature ,the inlet water temperature has little effect on the rising slope of the water temperature of which in collector pipes , while it has greater impact on the water tempera-ture .The results will help guide the design and predict the operation performance of such heaters .
