摘要
目的:探讨提高急诊科低年资护理人员工作能力,规避护理风险、保证护理安全的护理培训方法。方法:应用典型病例分析,辅之以多媒体教学、护理查房、不良事件分析、病历讨论和模拟演练等培训方法,对武汉市某医院急诊科新入科护理人员实验组进行为期2年的培训管理,对照组采用传统带教方式培训。采用护士规范达标量表测量护士的综合能力,观察培训结果。结果:实验组护理人员与同期对照组相比,专科理论成绩、模拟病例分析成绩提高,护理缺陷发生率降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:典型案例分析是一种科学有效的培训急诊科低年资护士的方法,可以全面提高护士的综合素质和应急能力,一定程度上实现规避护理风险、保证护理安全和提高护理质量的目的。
Objective : To discuss on the methodof improving the work ability of low years nurses in emergency department and avoid nurse risk and ensure the nursing safety . Methods: The study carried out standardized training on the nurses who just entered the emergency department for two years in a certain hospital in Wuhan by applying typical cases analysis and multimedia teaching and so on. Measured the comprehensive a- bilities and training effect by application for nurse standard scale. Results: Compared with 12 nurses of matched groups, the theoretical results and grades of simulation case analysis of nurses in the experimental group improved. And at the same time the incidence of nurse defects was re- duced. The differences between experimental group and control group are statistically significant. Conclusion: Typical case analysis is a effective and scientific method to train low years nurses in emergency department, which can enhance comprehensive abilities of nurses, so as to avoid nurse risk and ensure the nursing safety quality.
