摘要
针对共形光学导引头角增量非线性误差的补偿问题,设计了一款红外共形光学导引头.研究了共形导引头的焦距非线性和脱靶量非线性产生的原因及它们对控制系统的影响,并给出了相应的前馈补偿方法.根据共形导引头的特点,介绍了焦距以及脱靶量的非线性误差现象;基于提取控制角增量的方法,分析了共形导引头的非线性变量对跟踪回路跟踪误差的影响.最后,设计了基于角增量非线性模型的前馈补偿器,测试了系统的跟踪误差.结果表明:当共形光学系统的焦距为90~91.125mm,像移变化为0~1.109°时,所提出的前馈补偿器能够有效地校正跟踪误差,补偿后的跟踪误差为0.038°,满足共形光学导引头对位置回路跟踪误差≤0.1°的要求.
A conformal infrared optical seeker was designed to compensate its angle increment nonlinear errors.The reasons to generate the nonlinearity of focal length and nonlinearity of deviation were analyzed,the effect of these nonlinearities on the seeker control system was discussed and a feedfor-ward compensation method for the nonlinearity was given.On the basis of conformal optics character-istics,the principles of nonlinear errors of focal length and deviation were present in detail by data and charts.Then,according to the angle increment algorithm in a seeker control system,the effect of nonlinearity of conformal infrared seeker on the tracking error was analyzed and a feedforward com-pensator based on an angle increment nonlinear model was proposed for the correcting angle increment error.Finally,simulation work was performed to get the tracking error in the compensated seeker control system.Experimental results show when the focal length of the conformal optical system varies from 90 mm to 91.125 mm and its deviation varies from 0° to 1.109°,the tracking error can be controlled under 0.038°,which meets the requirement of conformal optical seeker for the precision of nonlinear tracking error less than 0.1°.
