摘要
目的探讨健康教育路径在门诊性病患者中的应用效果。方法将246例门诊性病患者按病历号的单双号分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规健康教育,实验组采用健康教育路径。比较两组患者的健康教育效果、治疗依从性、疾病复发或再感染率。结果实施健康教育路径6个月后,实验组患者健康教育效果和治疗依从性均高于对照组(P<0.01),疾病复发或再感染率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用健康教育路径可以提高患者的治疗依从性,降低疾病复发或再感染率,促进患者心身健康,从而达到预防控制性病传播的目的。
Objective To explore the effects of nursing health education pathway in outpatients with Sexually Transmitted Diseases （STD）. Methods Totally,246 cases of outpatients with STD were divided into two groups. The control group received conventional health education,the experimental group used nursing pathway for health education. The effects of nursing health education,treatment comphance, disease relapse and reinfection rate were compared between the two groups. Results The effects of nursing health education and treatment compliance in the experimental group were higher than those of the con- trol group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, disease relapse and reinfection rate in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Path- way application of nursing health education can improve the treatment compliance of patients, reduce disease recurrence and reinfection rate, promote the psychosomatic health, and then prevent and control sexually transmitted diseases.
