摘要
目的探讨无缝隙护理管理理念在肾脏科重症监护室连续性血液净化患者中的实践与效果。方法建立病区间无缝隙护理管理团队,规范治疗流程,细化护理交接内容,建立三级护理质量监控,完善护理安全屏障。结果护士及患者的满意度提高(P<0.05);与连续性血液净化治疗相关的不良事件减少(P<0.05)。结论实施无缝隙护理管理可以加强病区间的合作,提高连续性血液净化治疗的护理质量。
Objective To explore the effects of seamless nursing management in continuous blood purification patients in renal intensive care unit （RICU）. Methods Built a seamless nursing management team between wards, standardized treatment process, refined nursing handover contents, set up a three - level nursing quality control and improve nursing safety curtain. Results Nurse and patient satisfaction both increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, adverse events relat- ed to continuous blood purification treatment decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Implementation of continuous blood purification treatment can enhance the collaboration among wards, improve nursing quality of continuous blood purification.
