自身免疫性溶血性贫血的临床诊断 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨自身免疫性溶血性贫血的临床特征与诊断方法,为诊断提供借鉴。方法采用回顾性的分析方法对某院收治的自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者32例进行探讨,总结诊断结果。结果 32例患者中温热抗体型13例占40.63%、冷抗体型14例占43.75%、混合型10例占15.63%;住院时诊断为原发21例,11例诊断为继发,后经相关病理诊断后,13例确诊为原发,19例确诊为继发。结论自身免疫性溶血性贫血诊断应分析病因,了解患者病史,进行归纳分析,结合相关实验结果,明确病症类型。
