Perioperative nursing for the patients of laparoscopic radical cystectomy with Bricker operation

摘要目的探讨腹腔镜下膀胱全切除原位回肠代膀胱术的围术期护理体会。方法本组针对24例膀胱癌患者,均行腹腔镜下膀胱全切除原位回肠代膀胱术,并将其随机分为对照组及实验组,每组12例,对照组实施常规护理干预,实验组实施针对性围术期护理干预,比较分析治疗及护理效果。结果两组患者复发率及患者满意度有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论加强围术期护理对腹腔镜下膀胱全切除原位回肠代膀胱术意义重大,值得推广应用。 Objective ： To explore the perioperative nursing of the patients with laparoseopic radical eystectomy （ LRC ） and Bricker operation. Methods： 24 patients with LRC and Bricker operation were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received conventional care, and the experimental group received systematic periopera- tive nursing measures. Results ： There is significance difference in the two group when compared their relapse rate and nurs- ing satisfaction rate （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The systematic nursing methods are effective for the patients of LRC with Bricker operation.
