摘要
借助激光热导仪、压汞仪、物理化学吸附分析仪、扫描电子显微镜和热膨胀仪等测试手段,测定2种热压炭砖(某NMA型进口热压炭砖和某SLTA型国产热压炭砖)在经历5次高低温循环前后的热导率,分析夹杂物数量、晶粒尺寸、气孔特征等对热导率的影响。结果表明:SLTA砖热导率高于NMA砖,热循环后炭砖的孔径尺寸增大,同时热导率降低,SLTA砖和NMA砖的热导率分别降至23W/(m·℃)和6W/(m·℃)左右;炭砖热导率与孔径尺寸分布、晶粒尺寸有关,与夹杂物数量的关系不大。
Thermal conductivity of two different hot-pressed carbon bricks named imported NMA brick and domestic SLTA brick respectively were detected by laser thermal conductivity instrument, and the influences of inclusions amount, grain size and characteristics of pore on thermal conductivity of carbon brick were investigated by mercury injection instrument, physical-chemical absorption, scanning electron microscope and thermal expansion apparatus. Results shows that thermal conductivity of SLTA brick is higher than NMA brick, pore diameter of carbon brick is enlarged with temperature fluctuation, the thermal conductivity of NMA and SLTA decreased to 23 w/(m·℃) and 6 w/(m·℃), respectively. Thermal conductivity of hot-pressed carbon brick has definite correlation with pore diameter distribution or grain size and less relationship with inclusions amount.
