摘要
为观察七叶硝矾洗剂熏洗坐浴在肛裂术后的应用价值，将发生于肛门后正中位的68例陈旧性肛裂患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各34例。两组患者均行肛裂切除术，治疗组术后每天用七叶硝矾洗剂熏洗坐浴，对照组每天用1：5000PP液熏洗坐浴，术后统计创面愈合时间，并观察术后第7天肛门疼痛、出血及水肿的评分情况。结果显示，治疗组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．01）；术后第7天肛门疼痛、出血、水肿评分治疗组明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，七叶硝矾洗剂熏洗坐浴应用于肛裂术后能缩短创面愈合时间，减轻术后肛门疼痛、出血及水肿。
In order to evaluate the application value of fuming ＆ washing and sitz both with Qiye Xiaofan lotion at postoperation of anal fissure,author＇s department randomly divided 65 cases of posterior median advanced anal fissure into treatment group and control one（34 cases per one） ,after operation gave the lotion to treatment group for fuming ＆ washing and sitz bath daily,while to control one 1 ： 5000 PP solution;then recorded postoperative time for wound-healing and observed ＆ scored the status on pain, bleeding and edema on the 7th day after operation. As results,in treatment group the time for wound-healing, the score on pain,bleeding and edema on the 7th day after operation was significantly shorter,lower than that in control one（ P 〈0.01, P〈0.05）. Results show that at postoperation of anal fissure using this lotion for fuming ＆ washing and sitz bath can shorten the time for wound-healing, relieve postoperative pain, bleeding and edema, etc.
