摘要
采用浸渍法制备了固体超强酸 SO2 -4 / Zr O2 Ti O2 多相催化剂 ,用于催化丙烯酸与异丁醇反应合成丙烯酸异丁酯 (IBA)。研究了催化剂制备及 IBA合成的适宜工艺条件 :H2 SO4 浓度为 0 .6mol/ L,焙烧温度550℃ ,焙烧时间 4 h,丙烯酸与异丁醇的摩尔比为 1∶ 1 .2 0 ,催化剂和阻聚剂用量分别为丙烯酸质量的 4 %和0 .0 5% ,反应温度 1 2 5℃ ,反应时间 2 .5h。实验结果表明 ,催化剂有良好的催化活性 ,丙烯酸的酯化率可达84 .6%
The solid super acid heterogeneous catalyst SO 2- 4/ZrO 2TiO 2 was prepared by method of impregnation and was used in catalytic sythesis of isobutylacrylate (IBA) in the lipuidsolid system. Suitable conditions in preparation of the catalyst and synthesis of IBA were investigated: concentration of H 2SO 4 was 0.6 mol/L, calcination temperature was 550 ℃, calcination time was 4 h, molar ratio of acrylic acid (AA) to isobutanol was 1∶1.20, amount of catalyst and polymerization inhibitor was 4% and 0.05% of acrylic acid respectively reaction temperature was 125 ℃, reaction time was 2.5 h. The results showed that this catalyst has good activity, the percentage of esterifcation of AA was 84.6 %.
