摘要
目的探讨针灸、按摩治疗剖宫产术后肠梗阻的效果及护理。方法选取某院行剖宫产手术后发生肠梗阻的患者100例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各50例。对照组给予禁食，补液，纠正水电解质紊乱及抗感染等常规治疗，给予精心护理；观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用针灸、按摩。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组临床治愈率为64％，高于对照组的38％，差异有统计学意义（x2=4．43，P〈0．05）；观察组肛门排气时间、腹痛腹胀缓解时间和住院时间分别为（3．1±1．1），（1．94±0．5），（5．4±1．5）d，均短于对照组的（6．3±2．1），（3．64±1．2），（10．1±2．6）d，差异有统计学意义（t分别为9．23，8．47，8．19；P〈0．05）。结论中医疗法可促进剖宫产术后急性假性结肠梗阻保守治疗的成功。
Objective To observe the curative effect and nursing of acupuncture and massage for the treatment of patients with intestinal obstruction after cesarean section. Methods One hundred patients with intestinal obstruction after cesarean section were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given fasting, rehydration, correct water and electrolyte disorders and anti-infection therapy and careful nursing care. Besides that, the observation group was treated with acupuncture and massage. We compared the therapeutic effects between the control group and the observation group. Results In the observation group, the clinical cure rate （64%） was higher than that in the control group （38%）. The difference was statistically significant （X2 = 4.43, P 〈 0.05 ）. The anal exhaust time, abdominal pain relief time and hospitalization time in the observation group were （3.1 ± 1.1 ）, （ 1.9 ± 0.5）, （5.4 ± 1.5） d, respectively, which were shorter than （6.3 ± 2. 1 ）, （ 3.6 ± 1.2 ）, （ 10. 1 ± 2.6） d, respectively, in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （t = 9. 23, 8. 47, 8. 19, respectively; P 〈 0. 05 ）. Condusions Careful nursing intervention can promote the success of conservative treatment of acute colonic pseudo obstruction after cesarean section.
