摘要
在1420℃烧成n≈1.7、p≈0.7的掺少量MgO(1.2%—2.4%)和1.5%Cr_2O_3的水泥熟料,用XRD、OM、EDS和WDS方法研究了含镁、铬熟料的矿物组成、各矿物的化学成分及A矿晶胞参数的变化,以及镁、铬在水泥石中的分布。
The clinkers containing 1.5%—2.4%MgO or/and 1.5%Cr_2O_3, burned at1420℃, were stu-died using XRD, OM, EDS and WDS.The results show that the minor MgO and Cr_2O_3 have the striking effect on clinker mineral composition and chemical composition for each mineral in a clinker.MgO promotes the alite formation, while Cr_2O_3 benefits fCaO combination and the belite formation.Both MgO and Cr_2O_3 cause the solubility of SiO_2 in the interstitial phase to increase. The MgO entrance into C_3S cells makes them sma ller; the Cr-2O_3 entrance makes them larger. The minor MgO or Cr_2O_3 in clinker go do-minantly into C-S-H gel after hydration.
