摘要
目的讨论优质护理服务在PICU病室的运用价值。方法以我院PICU病室收治的284例患儿为对象,采取优质护理后,采用护理满意度问卷调查表,从护理态度、健康宣教、治疗效果三个方面就家长对护理的满意度进行评价,以评价优质护理服务在PICU病室的运用价值。结果本本组284例患儿经过3～48 d的治疗,均成功出院。家长对健康宣教和治疗效果的满意度均为100.00%。在护理态度上,满意率为99.65%。1例不满意,该对夫妇系高龄产子(男46岁,女42岁),胎儿出生后,伴有窒息、多器官衰竭等严重并发症,治疗时间为48 d。结论采用优质护理可以有效地安抚家长情绪,提升家长对护理的满意度,推动和谐医院建设,实现医院的可持续发展,是PICU病室护理工作发展的趋势。在临床的实践中,要进一步加强优质护理服务在PICU病室的建设和运用。
Objective To discuss the using value of quality care in PICU ward. Methods Quality nursing is performed on 284 sick children from our hospital PICU. Information on the parents＇ satisfaction with nursing attitudes, health education, treatment effects was collected through a nursing satisfaction questionaire, which helps to evaluate the using value of the quality care in PICU. Results After a treatment of 3 - 49 d, 284 cases of patients were successfully discharged. Parents＇ satisfaction on health education and treatment effect was 100.00%. However, the satisfaction rate on nursing attitude was 96.48%, with 1 unsatisfactory case of elderly pregnancy （male 46, female 42-year-old）, After birth, the infant was accompanied by asphyxia, multiple organ failure and other serious complications, whose course of treatment was 48 days. Conclusions Quality nursing can effectively pacify parents, and enhance parents＇ satisfaction, which should be recommended to perform within PICU wards.
