摘要
在N_2气氛保护下,制备出LiH-LiF-P_2O_5系统离子导电玻璃,并得出玻璃形成区。利用红外光谱、Raman光谱和X射线衍射径向分布函数法等现代测试方法分析了该系统玻璃的结构和配位态,指出P^(5+)离子的配位数为4,Li^+离子的配位数为4,确定[PO_4],[PO_3F]和[LiF_4]等四面体为网络基本结构单元,同时给出了本系统玻璃的无规网络结构模型。
LiH-LiF-P_2O_5 ionic conducting glass is prepared in inert atmosphere, and glass-forming region is determined. The structure and coordination of the glass are analyzed by using of IR spectra, Raman spectra and X-ray RDF(r).The results indicate that coordination number of P^(5+) is 4, and coordination number of Li^+ is 4. [PO_4], [PO_3F] and [LiF_4] tetrahedra are indentified to be basic structure units of the glass. The random network structure model of LiH-LiF-P_4O_5 system glass is also given.
