摘要
海塘是浙江沿海地带的重要屏障,为了对浙江海塘工程信息进行有效管理,实现传统管理向现代化管理的跨越,开发了基于地理信息系统的海塘工程信息管理系统.以浙江栲门海塘为例,设计了基于地理信息系统的栲门海塘工程信息管理系统总体结构,重点阐述了海塘工程数据录入、空间属性显示、空间属性查询、空间信息统计及分析功能.海塘工程地理信息系统的设计,可实现海塘工程信息管理的便利化和实用化,在未来防潮防洪减灾方面发挥重要的作用.
Seawall is an important barrier for the coastal zone in Zhejiang province. In order to effectively manage the information of seawall project in Zhejiang province and convert the traditional management to the modern management, the information management system of seawall project based on GIS is developed. Taking Kaomen seawall as an example, the general structure of seawall project information management system based on GIS is designed. The functions of data entry, spatial attribute show, spatial attribute query, spatial information statistics and analysis are introduced mainly. This system can make the seawall engineering information management more convenient and practical. It can play a significant role in the flood control and disaster reduction in the future.
