锂皂石的人工合成及其结构和性能的研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用碱金属硅酸盐、天然粘土为原料以水热反应制备了在水分散状态下具有优异透明度的合成锂皂石。该产物具有优越的水膨润性和较大的增粘速度。用X射线衍射、差热分析对合成锂皂石的结构特征进行了研究,对其结构特征和胶体性能的关系作了探讨。提出了粘土积层不规则性的测定及计算方法。 The synthetic hectorite prepared by means of hydrothermal reaction with alkali met a silicates and natural clays as raw materials, is characterised by its perfect transpar. ency in water dispersion, expansion and high thickening velocity. The structural char acteristics of synthetic hectorite are studied by means of X-ray diffraction, differen. rial thermal, infrared absorption spectrum and electronmicroscope. The relationship between its structural characteristics and colloid properties, as well as the measurement. and calculation methods for the irregularity of clay lamination are reported.The experimental results show that the main reason for synthetic hectorite having irregular laminating structure and high CEC is that it posseses perfect expansion in water and high thickening velocity.Besides, a kind of hectorite was successfully synthetized by the author with unsatu-rated fill in trioctahedron sites.Its structure with great crystal flaw needs sufficient-interlayer cations to balance its inadequate positive charges caused by unsaturated fill in crystallization sites.
