摘要
介绍了某无线电引信长贮步进应力加速寿命试验的试验方案、试验实施及数据处理方法。假设产品的寿命服从二参数的威布尔分布 ,应用极大似然函数和零失效数据处理技术 ,估计出该引信在给定可靠度下的贮存寿命 ,并进行了失效分析。
This paper introduces the long term storage stepping stress acceterated life test of a radio fuze, describes the test soheme, test implement and data processing method. Hypothesizing that the life of a radio Fuze is suboridinated to webull distribution of two parameters. It estimates the storage life under the condition of given reliability degree by using maximum likelihood function and zerofaiture data processing method moreover, it makes the failture analysis of the fuze.
