摘要
目的 :采用CT扫描 ,提高肺泡癌的正确诊断率。材料与方法 :收集 14例经病理证实的肺泡癌CT片 ,进行仔细观察 ,总结分析。结果 :肺泡癌的CT支气管气相 ,呈枯枝状改变、血管造影征及病变叶间胸膜边缘征均对本病诊断有帮助 ,而以支气管气相对本病诊断价值最大。结论 :认识肺泡癌的CT征象和病理基础 ,有助于提高对本病的确切诊断水平。
Purpose:To improve the diagnostic accuracy of alveolar cell carcinoma.Materials and Methods:Proved by surgical and pathologic results,we analysed 14 cases of alveolar cell carcinoma on CT films.Results:The air bronchogram sign,withered branch sign,angiography sign and margin sign of interlobular pleura are all helpful in the diagnosis.The air bronchogram sign plays much important role among them.Conclusion:Recongnizing the CT signs and pathologic basis of alveolar cell carcinoma is helpful in its accuracy diagnosis.
