摘要
皖北地区幅员辽阔、人口众多,但经济发展一直滞后,皖北地区不能迅速发展,安徽的加速崛起就难以实现,因此,皖北新农村建设对实现安徽崛起具有重要意义。小岗村作为皖北一个普通的村庄,经过改革开放以来的35年发展,逐渐形成以"大包干"精神和沈浩精神为核心的小岗精神。通过对小岗精神内涵的探讨,可以得到小岗精神对皖北地区新农村建设的有益启示。
The Northern Anhui has a vast territory and large population, but economic development has been lagging behind. If its econ- omy can not develop rapidly, the rapid rise of economy in Anhui will he difficult to achieve, therefore, the new rural construction in the Northern Anhui is of important significance to realize the rise of Anhui. Xiaogangcun as an ordinary rural North has 35 years of develop- ment since the reform and opening up and has gradually formed the Xiaogang spirit with the ＂ Dabaogan＂ spirit and the spirit of Shen Hao as the core. By exploring the connotation of Xiaogang spirit, we can get some enlightenment of the Xiaogang spirit on the new rural construction in the Northern Anhui.
