摘要
目的 研究一种较客观的方法判断扩张器二期手术的最佳时机。方法 用数学方法建立了常用扩张器的三个模型,进行了精确性鉴定并用于二期手术时机的判定。结果 模型误差在15％以内,选定了扩张计算值等于缺损面积的1.1～1.15倍时为手术最佳时间点。结论 模型法是判断扩张器二期手术时机较客观而简便的方法。
Objective To establish a objective method as standard to judge the operation opportunity with second intension in tissue expansion. Methods Most expanders in common use are simulated by three mathematical models. The models, whose veracities analyzed comparing with classical measurement for expanded area, were on probation in clinic. Results The errors of all the models are within 15%; We consider it optimum opportunity to operate when caculated expanded area is equal to 110%-115% of defect area. Conclusion It is simple and accurate to judge the operation opportunity with second intension by mathematical models in sofe tissue expansion.
